Brand system / v1
An instrument, not a storefront
Vibemarket sells software that already runs. The brand's whole job is to make claims look measurable: a seal that means custody, a palette that only ever encodes state, and copy that would survive a dispute transcript.
The seal
Two brackets close around a held token. It reads as a seal, a hex bolt, and a pair of hands passing something across — which is exactly what escrow is.
- Clear space: one token width on all sides.
- Minimum size: 20px. Below that, drop the wordmark, keep the seal.
- Never rotate, gradient, outline, or recolour off the verified token.
- The period after the wordmark is verified-green and is not optional.
Palette as state
Colour is never decorative here. Green means a check passed. Amber means something is held or unproven. Red means contested. If a surface needs emphasis without state, it gets weight or space — not hue.
Panel
--background
Ground. Everything is read against it.
Ink
--foreground
Primary readouts and headings.
Verified
--verified
Passed checks, released funds, Tier 2.
Pending
--pending
Held funds, open windows, unproven claims.
Contested
--destructive
Disputes, failed builds, hard risk.
Annotation
--muted-foreground
Units, timestamps, secondary labels.
Typography
Public Sans
Headings and body. Set tight, never letterspaced wide, never italic for emphasis.
IBM Plex Mono
Every number, ID, unit, timestamp, and label. Tabular figures always, so columns never jitter while a value streams.
Voice
Flat, specific, slightly dry — a technician handing over a report. Every claim carries its unit, its timestamp, or its caveat. We would rather sound unimpressed than unaccountable.
State the measurement, not the mood.
